  I ordered a dress from this store via Lyst where they had a 30 day return policy listed on the site. I ordered the dress for a wedding and it was way too big. I followed the procedure to return the dress they outlined and they refused my return delivery.
  This dress is beautiful and in high demand so I have no idea why they won't simply follow their own return policies, issue my refund and sell it to someone who fits in the dress. It is too big to be altered and I have been extremely disappointed with the service. Don't shop from here online!!!
